For efficiency purposes, I will probably be streaming the commission on my twitch as I found myself progressing more on stream. However, secrecy of the commission can be discussed.

I am free to turn down commission requests if I think I cannot work on it.

No rush or priority orders. Earliest deadline that can be accepted would be 2 weeks after the commissioned date.

Commission may take up to a month to complete depending on the complexity of the order, feedback, personal situations, etc. Any delays will be updated immediately.

Finished commissions will be delivered through a Google Drive file and will be shared using the email given in the form.

Should the client decide to post the commissioned artwork online, the client must use the watermarked piece. Using the non-watermarked piece must be accompanied with a credit to me towards any of my socials. Failure to do so will lead to a warning and eventually retraction of all rights towards the piece.

The commissioned pieces will NOT be used for any NFT or cryptocurrency related projects. I also do not agree to any type of AI generated art using my art.

Payment will be done in USD through StreamElements tips or Ko-fi; Malaysians may inquire to pay through TnG or DuitNow in MYR.

Full upfront payment will be needed for commission to be started. Requests for deposit can be discussed.

Payment must be made within one week after invoice is issued; failure to do so will result in the commission to be removed from the queue. Extended deadline may be discussed.

Cancellation may be done at anytime before payment is made. Cancellation with full refund can only be done before the lineart phase starts; after that, refund will be given according to the completion of the commission.

Deposits and completed commissions are non-refundable. Chargeback will result in being publicly blacklisted from commissioning me.

In any case I am unable to complete or progress with the commission for any reasons, refunds will be issued accordingly.

I hold all rights to all commissioned artworks.

I am free to use the commissioned work for my portfolio and to promote my services unless discussed otherwise.

I am allowed to use the commissioned work for printed merchandise such as (but not limited to) art prints and charms unless discussed otherwise.

I am allowed to fully retract the client’s rights to the commissioned artwork in any case the client breaks any of my terms.

You are NOT allowed to use the commissioned artwork as printed merchandise. All artworks are for personal use only unless stated otherwise.

You are NOT allowed to claim the artwork as yours. Credits to any of my socials will be necessary if my watermark is not on the artwork itself.

You are NOT allowed to use my art to defame, discriminate or send any type of hate towards any other individuals.

Personal use: No additional price. Can be used as (but not limited to) icons, wallpapers, banners and backgrounds.

Partial commercial rights: +50% of the final commission price. Can be used for (but not limited to) promotional purposes and stream assets.

Complete commercial rights: +100% of the final commission price. Can be used for (but not limited to) promotional purposes, stream assets and printed merchandise. This does not mean the client has rights over the artwork itself.

All conversations between the artist (me) and the client in regards to the commission will be documented in screenshots for protective reasons against any potential slanderous remarks.

Any private information shared between the client and the artist WILL NOT be released to the public unless consent is given by both parties.

The client should provide accurate and detailed references regarding the commission in the provided form, and revisions during the sketch phase should be done carefully.

Reworking the commission due to the client’s lack of references or incorrect references after lineart phase begins will be subject to an extra 50% of the initial commission price.

Any major or minor changes done due to my mistakes will not subject to any extra fee.

Every work-in-progress (WIP) update sent by me to the client will include a watermark.

Sketching: A maximum of 5 revisions will be allowed in this phase, minor and major changes. Any further changes will cost an additional $2 for every 3 revisions.

Lineart: A maximum of 3 revisions will be allowed, minor sketch changes only. Any futher changes will cost an additional $2 for every major revisions (pose, expression, etc).

Colors: A maximum of 3 revisions will be allowed, minor lineart and color changes. An additional $2-$4 will be applied for every major changes.

Final touches: Any further rendering, refining, shadows, etc. No further revisions beyond this.

1 emote = $12 (RM30) || 3 emotes = $33 (rm75) || 5 emotes = $50 (RM120)

Partial commercial rights included.

File(s) will be delivered in 128x128 pixels.

The client must attribute me as the emote artist on Twitch; otherwise a credit is required under a panel/command.

Base price: Bust up = $7 (RM20) | Waist up = $10 (RM25)

Additional character(s) = $5 (RM12) each, please discuss further with me.

Client may request for a simple decoration in the artwork.

The file will be given with an empty background by default, however clients may request for a transparent background (decoration may be omitted out in this case).

This commission type is non-refundable unless discussed otherwise.

Base price: Bust up = $15 (RM35) | Waist up = $20 (RM45)

Additional character(s) = $7 (RM20) each, please discuss further with me.

Simple BG* = $5-10 (RM15-25)

Client may request for a transparent background.

*If client does not specify a background, the artwork will default to a single-colored background.
